This page summarizes the beta product boundary; each signed license contains the terms that govern its licensed use.

An account does not grant rights to another person's likeness or media. Talent self-attests identity and authority, selects the capabilities, and signs each license explicitly.

The exact accepted license governs the supported use. A generated draft or certificate does not expand it. The brand must obtain talent's release for the exact final through the normal approval mechanism.

Provider capacity may be limited or paused. Capacity limits are separate from license rights and final-slot limits. No purchase, digital-product checkout, or upgrade promotion is part of this ChatGPT launch.

Certificates describe the recorded output, revision, provenance, and checks performed. They are not an independent legal opinion, identity certification, or blanket ownership guarantee.
