Contact support with the license or certificate identifier, the concern, and how to contact you. Do not include private credentials, sign-in codes, signed download links, or identity documents.

Report suspected impersonation, missing consent, unauthorized source media, cross-account access, or a released file that does not match its record. Reports require human review; an automated acknowledgment is not a decision about rights.

If you control the license, its normal revocation and consent controls remain available. Disconnecting ChatGPT only removes that connection; it does not revoke every license or erase retained evidence.
